Limiting Beliefs and the Cure

We all have a lot of things we want to achieve in life and be remembered for when we finally leave this wonderful planet.
However, most people have things they regret when they are lying on their death bed and they really wish that they could go back and do it all over again.
This knowledge is extremely valuable and can help us get the most out of our lives and be really happy and content when we do pass away.
Death is something a lot of us actually deny even though it is the only thing that is 100% sure in our lives.
Thinking off and accepting death is not necessarily something negative and it can actually help us accept that we are not as immortal as we would like to be and if we want to do something with our lives, now is the time to do so.
Even though we have so many goals and aspirations, especially when growing up, we usually don't take massive action towards reaching these goals.
This is not because we don't want to, it is however, almost always due to our limiting beliefs.
Limiting beliefs are basically thoughts and opinions in your mind that tell you why something is not possible for you and as the name clearly states, these beliefs hold you back in life and stop you from claiming and reaching your true potential.
These beliefs can be things like:you are not tall enough, you are not pretty enough, you are not educated enough, you are too old etc.
Limiting beliefs are always associated to a victim role in life.
A victim role is when you use something as an excuse for not taking action.
There are countless examples of people getting through really large obstacles even though they have major constraints and a lot of things holding them back.
The first thing you need to realize is that your limiting belief is not a valid excuse for not taking action and the only way to get past it is to take action regardless of that false belief.
The reason why I say it is false is because our potential as human beings is far greater than what we could ever imagine and the only thing standing in your way of unlocking this vast potential is yourself and these negative beliefs.
Remember, your biggest opponent in your quest to reach your goals is yourself.
