How to Deal With a Break Up

103 9
Try to keep you life as simple and stress free as possible, especially right after a break up.
Do what you need to do to survive, but don't expect to much to soon.
You have just experienced a huge loss and you are going to need some time to evaluate your life and your relationship.
It is perfectly natural to have feelings of depression, sadness, loneliness and anger.
Just don't let it take over your life.
You may feel like lying in bed all day and not doing anything.
This may feel like a great idea on the surface, but you still have to take care of yourself.
Don't stop working, eating, sleeping and doing the necessities of life.
You won't feel like doing anything but you still have to move toward your goals and live your life.
Once the pain disappears you'll be glad you did.
Probably the toughest thing to make yourself do, but the most important is to limit the contact that you are going to have with your ex.
You need to get to a point where you remember who you are.
This may have gotten lost while you were in the relationship.
And by no means do you go after your ex.
There may be the possibility of getting back together, but you need to give your ex a chance to miss you so that he or she will know exactly what they are missing.
Having someone that you can turn to day or night for support will really help you from doing something you will regret.
You may be tempted to do something extreme like stalking your ex.
This can be prevented by having the on going mental, emotional and physical support.
You might be feeling upset, angry and impulsive, but do not act out on it.
