How to Hook Up DSL to Wireless
- 1). Unplug your DSL modem's power supply.

Unplug the Ethernet cord connecting your DSL modem to your computer or router from the computer or router.

Plug the Ethernet cable connected to your DSL modem into the Ethernet port on the wireless router labeled "WAN," "WLAN" or "Internet." The router only has one of these three.
- 4). Plug in your DSL modem and wireless router's power supplies. Wait two minutes for the DSL modem and wireless router to set themselves up. Your DSL is now hooked up to a wireless network.
