How to Remove Quick Bread From a Pan
- 1). Grease the baking pan thoroughly before pouring the quick bread batter. Coat the inside, edges and corners of the pan with butter, a non-stick cooking spray or shortening.
- 2). Take quick bread out of oven and place it on a wire cooling rack after baking is complete. Allow to cool for 10 to 20 minutes.
- 3). Stick knife between pan and quick bread to loosen bread. Run the knife along the edges of the pan separating the bread.
- 4). Use a spatula to remove the quick bread gently from the baking pan. Slowly tilt baking pan until bread comes loose and falls from pan. Place bread on wire cooling rack to cool before slicing.
