Data Transfer Problem

my problem is

after i select the "1" it just show the

Username only

and it don't have any change to let me type the data.

because i also need to inside the data after i key in the username

If you think anybody is going to download, unzip, compile, run, and debug your code for you, I suspect you are very much mistaken. Unless you offer a fee.
