where is workflow documentation

We are using version 7.0 or 7.1 of Identity Manager.

Can anyone tell me where the <return> tag used in workflows is documented?

An example is:

<Action id='0' process='Lighthouse Approvals'>

<Return from='approvals' to='approvals'/>

</Action>

I have found info on workflows in the Technical Deployment Overview and in the Workflows, Forms, and Views document but there seem to be a number of tags which are not documented anywhere.
