Form values not getting stored

Hi,

I modified the Organization Form to suit my need. I added 3 new text fields. I created a new org by using this modified form and saved it. However, on opening the org, i realized that the values for the 3 new fields i created are not getting stored and they r showing up as blank.

Any ideas on why this is happening and how i can overcome that?
