lcoation of 'vbscript' library

we finally got sun one asp to startup on centOS5( a lot of LD path problems) but we are now getting:

Active Server Pages error'ASP 0129 : 80004005'

Unknown scripting language

/caspsamp/shared/shared.asp, line 1

The scripting language'VBScript' is not found on the server.

As things are running, we are wondering if we're missing a .so in the path. Does anyone know what is missing to cause this message?
