JAS7 to JAS9 upgrade & Node Agents
Can I ask you a question in regards to Sun Java Application server v9(JAS9) & the use of "Node Agents" in regards to when & where you would use them under Sun Cluster 3.1.

We are upgrading from JAS7 to JAS9 & will be deploying an EJB under the DAS domain. The way it was setup initially was to have 2 separate SUNW.s1as resources - 1 for the admin server & the other for the instance of the application itself.

With the introduction of domains, I cant get my head round how we span this out. As if we were to shutdown the DAS, this in turn shuts down the entire domain.
To separate this off, are node agents required?
