object classes and attributes

hi ,

I want to create a new entry in LDAP Database with my own set of object classes and its attributes alone.I has successfully created my own object classes.But while adding my entries i got the following error.

DB_NOTFOUND: No matching key/data pair found (-30989)

plz any one help me in solving this issue..
