Hi

I am Manish, joined recently in a company. As i am a fresher, the task i have been assigned seems to be difficult. I have been asked to design a tree data structure using JSP using data in backend. But i am confused on to where from i should start my work. So if possible, plz guide me with some steps..

What are you having problems with, besides articulating your question?

Do you know Java? Do you know programming? Do you know JSP?

Learn JSP.

Learn trees.

Learn servlet/JSP engines and Web apps.

Do a search to see if somebody has already developed such a thing.

Look at JavaServerFaces. The Jakarta implementation has a tree control.
