Actually the first response was accurate,

(considering the amount of information you didn't provide initially).

Your IP address is awarded to you by your ISP.

It is specific to your geographic location.

Even if you stayed with the same ISP, you would need to move to get a different IP.

Perhaps if you posted your question into a Google search,

you might get hints toward what you actually hope to accomplish.

Sorry; i should say that my host is in a Local Area Network, i use the TCP IP window in win platform to change my ip and it works, but i wanna do it in a java application.
