Applicaton Error on Server

I am getting this error for my Java :

Application Failure java.exe 0.0.0.0 in jvm.dll 1.4.2.80 at offset 0003de14

I cannot find any info from Microsoft website also. Anyone face this problem & knows how to get around it ?

I didn't have this error on another server with similar JAva version and setup.
