Hardware Checks entire Check up required

Hi All,

I am using Sun Ultra Enterprise 170 Sparcserver. The machine went down yesterday & i was unable to bring it online after lot of attempts.

But today machine is accessible itself from network (too strange). I want to see about the reason of such failure & about the hardware faults if any. I already know the command prtdiag. If there is some other complete system check command / script, i would appreciate if someone share it with me.
