SUNPCI III Virtual Networking Only 10Mbps

I have a SUN PCI III card installed on a Blade 1000. I got the virtual networking up and running, I can ping, map network drives, etc. But the connection is only 10Mbps.

I can hard link the PCI card with its onboard 100Mbps, but my situation calls for virtual networking.

Is there an update or a different NDIS driver that allows the SUNPCI card to connect at 100Mbps?
