Mozilla 1.4 vs. 1.7

Why isn't Sun upgrading to Mozilla 1.7 at http://www.sun.com/software/solaris/browser/index.xml

There you find the quite outdated 1.4 version which is what Sun gives you for Solaris 8 aand 9. When you install Solaris 10 you get Mozilla 1.7 as your default browser. Why isn't the above page updated with Mozilla 1.7 for Solaris 8/9/ sa well? Anybody from Sun who can clarify this?
