Sun AX1105-500 no boot

I have a system with a Sun AX1105-500 board. On power up, the system emits 3 beeps. I do not even get the boot prom.

Does anyone know this off-hand or can you point me to a hardware manual that can lead me to the answer. I've checked Sun's site, but the links to documentation for the board are on SunSolve and I do not have an account.
