portal selection decision tool

Has anyone created an ROI decision tool for investing in an IBM or BEA or SUN

portal application - it seems that the returns are there, -- heard

this webcast http://www.ibm.com/websphere/ericsson/emp and it was

really impressing, but we want to make sure that we take in

considerations everything.
