The Sun ONE Web Services Platform Developer Edition is
licensed for development use on a per Developer seat basis.
The runtime servers in the platform are licensed for development use upto the Proof-of-concept stage.
Using the servers past the Proo-of-concept stage requires purchase of appropriate license(s) of the servers.
The Sun ONE Studio 5 software license model enables you to begin using the Sun ONE Studio 5 Standard Edition, product immediately upon purchase and receipt of the licensed software. You will receive your software license serial number, which entitles you to one Right to Use (RTU)
license, from your download receipt page or from the license card included in your package. Your entitlement and RTU usage is verified once you have entered the 26-character serial number (eg. SSJ050-N99BDI9NU-029381708) in the Installation Wizard. Please note that dashes must be entered as part of the serial number.
