3rd Party vendor reporting with iPlanet Portal
I am working with a client that wants to gather some extensive reporting
from portal. iPlanet has several partnerships with data analysis and
reporting vendors. Has anyone worked with these or any other vendors to
gather data about portal access and actions taken by users. Also, do
these vendor products require logging to bu turned on, or can they
"listen" and gather data transparently?
